We are not able to see Medicare or Medicaid clients at this time. Additionally, we are not able to see clients with Medicaid (Husky) as a secondary insurance at this time.
For clients utilizing insurance, billing is managed through Headway. Clients are encouraged to contact their insurance company to verify coverage and benefits.
Self-Pay/Out of Pocket Rate: $150 per session (50-55 minutes)
Kay Pacha Art Therapy and Counseling works with clients looking to pay out of pocket for sessions, or who wish to utilize their out of network benefits for therapy sessions. If you would like to utilize your out of network benefits, we are able to provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for coverage. Please note that we do not submit out of network claims for clients, and are not able to arrange or agree to single case agreements at this time.
